About Glidelane
Glidelane Founder Chris Genteel (he/him) has been a visionary leader and champion of equitable business and product development, leading the Business & Product Inclusion movement to transform how tech can drive business value through values. For over 15 years at Google, Chris built and led global efforts across Product Inclusion and Supplier Diversity, advising Google’s first three CEOs on embedding equity into enterprise strategy and operations. His teams architected programs including Google Supplier Responsibility, Business Inclusion, Accelerate with Google, Grow with Google Digital Coaches, and Net Zero supply chain initiatives – generating billions in economic impact while strengthening enterprise performance.
Today, Chris works with corporations and investors to embed AI-enabled decision-making into supplier ecosystems, product strategy, and go-to-market models. He also partners with underestimated founders to remove the strategic, operational, and capital barriers that stand between early traction and enterprise-scale growth.
Chris serves on for- and non-profit advisory boards including the Tuck Advancing Entrepreneurship Program, the National Business League’s Buyer Supplier Program and the C-Suite Coach Advisory Committee. As an LP and Black Angel Group member he invests time and capital in founders from communities of color and other marginalized communities, building scalable, technology-forward companies.
Chris’s Digital Coaches program won the Fast Company Innovation by Design Award, he was a Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) Catalyst in Technology, a Fellow of the inaugural cohorts of MLT’s SELF & Career Advancement Programs, and was named a Rainbow PUSH Tech Influencer by Rev’d Jesse Jackson, Sr..
